Vision Board Workshop

the girl you trustwith your life but notwith your clothes.png

Join us for this energy shifting Vision Board Workshop! As you know, I am an advocate for building communities and helping women support each other.

Here’s what to expect:

✨Create vision boards (all materials provided)
✨Connect with other women who are on a journey of self-awareness
✨Have the option to meet with an NET expert practitioner who will ensure our visions align with what we actually want YESSS! Mini session is included in the price
➡️NET (Neuro Emotional Technique) is a stress-reduction, mind-body technique developed by Dr. Scott Walker over twenty years ago. A practitioner of NET works directly with the client to identify a stressor and its origin. Using applied kinesiology, also known as muscle testing, the emotional block is identified and the practitioner provides a quick intervention that allows the release of the emotional trigger. This physiological process of extinction allows healing, and often persistent problems are resolved.
In a nutshell, find out if your vision board is aligned with what you really want (wowza!) and if it’s not, in a mini session, the NET expert will help you clear the blocks that are keeping you from moving forward in turning your vision into a reality. Hello moving forward! I currently work with this person, I can affirm NET works. I am a huge fan.
✨Swag bag

If you haven't been to Intent Space, it is absolutely gorgeous - the space is calm, peaceful, filled with natural light, and woman-owned.

This value-packed workshop is $75. If you are excited to join us, click here to sign up!

It's Our Anniversary! Lunch with Gayle Sierens

Gayle Sierens headshot 2018.JPG

‌• REQUEST A SEAT ‌•

Have you heard The Story about how On Fridays We Lunch came to fruition? The idea was inspired by a chance meeting in the restroom. I'm so thankful that Gayle was kind and approachable back then, and I'm thankful that she is joining us to celebrate our 3-year anniversary at J. Alexander's where the first luncheon was hosted!

Emmy-award winner Gayle Sierens is a former broadcast journalist and television news anchor on WFLA-TV NewsChannel 8 - she retired in May 2015 after 38 years in the broadcast journalism industry. She became the first female sportscaster in the Bay Area, and she is well-known as the first woman to do play-by-play for an NFL regular season football game when she called the December 27 game between the Seattle Seahawks and the Kansas City Chiefs. In retirement, Gayle is busier than ever.  She is on the board of directors for Village Partners International, on the foundation board for Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, and is a member of the board of directors of the Judeo-Christian Health Clinic.

Come celebrate this milestone with me! We are so lucky to have her in Tampa Bay. Request a seat to lunch with Gayle Sierens and hear her incredible story!
