Jan is an experienced independent director and global business leader with over 30 years in P&L management, technology, cybersecurity, regulatory, finance, and more with Ernst & Young and public company boards serving a wide range of sectors. She is now building a full time board portfolio focused on large global public companies where her diverse combination of leadership roles will provide value on a wide range of strategic and commercial considerations, as well as delivering practical global experience as a member of Board Committees such as Audit, Finance, Technology, Governance, Risk, or Compensation. Her current public company portfolio includes serving on the board and chairing the Audit Committee of Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. with annual global revenues exceeding $115 billion from retail, wholesale, distribution and its strong digital presence and the Bank of Montreal, with over $700 billion in total assets it is one of the 10 largest banks in North America and Euromoney Institutional Investors, a FTSE 250 company. She was formerly a non-executive director and member of the Remuneration, Pension and Nominating Committees of the Royal Mail plc serving before and after its float on the FTSE100 and, until the company was sold, as Audit Committee Chair and independent board member for Logica, a then FTSE 250 publicly traded technology company headquartered in the United Kingdom. Jan is also a current Council Member on the governing body of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
