"You've got to try things to do things." - Dianne Jacob
Do you know your strengths? Are you using them to the best of your ability? Dianne Jacob, SVP of Client and Community Relations at PNC Bank and a woman I'm blessed to call a mentor, asked us to take a hard look at ourselves to answer this question at this luncheon. Amanda Page-Zwierko, Kaila Barrington, Courtney Lovinger, Mary Schobel, Dianne Jacob and I had great conversation expanding on the topic of knowing your skill set, owning your skill set, and allowing being true to yourself to guide your path. I can't express enough how profound this message has been for me. I encourage anyone to learn your strengths and weaknesses. If you learn what those are, you can take control of them. As you become more self-aware, you will build momentum, and opportunities will present themselves. Know who you are - do you. Live in your truth. Go for it!
